Try using an anti-frizz serum. I like the one by John Fredia. It is about $5 at Wal-Mart. You put in in your hair while it is wet and then style as usual. It keeps your hair from frizzing up. If you don't buy the serum by John Fredia then be sure to get one that is silicon based, rather than water based, because it will hold your hair down more.
