My hair is really thick how can i possibly dry it in 30 minutes without damaging it.?

Try washing it sooner and letting it air dry while you are putting on your makeup etc. Then finish blow drying the rest. Or you could invest in an expensive blow dryer that blow dries your hair a lot faster from the inside of the cuticle out.

Well, split it in 2 ends, bring it to the side of one ear, and then twist it gently. Then tie it up with a hair tie. It dries in less than 30 minutes. I do it every night now. I also have really thick naturally wavy hair. Not to brag.

with a diffuser, gentle flow on medium heat. At the end turn up the heat to hot and use a round brush to smooth the ends only.

I also have very thick hair. when you get out of a shower it helps if you squeeze out alllll excess water, maybe shake your head around and then squeeze again. towel dry and such. and then To prevent damage from a hair dryer, I put in chi thermal protection creme in my hair when it's wet, and then use a chi blowdryer. Chi is a good haircare company, i can blow dry and straiten my hair every day, and on weekends around 3 times a day. even on short bangs. and Not once has my hair been damaged when using their products. Good luck. =]
