How can i keep my hair long and thick?

Eat LOTS of eggs and peanut butter. Take hair vitamins, and DO NOT cut it.

Just take care of it. My hair is butt length and has been for a long time. I trim it myself whenever the ends seem to need it and I use a good conditioner. I use a leave in conditioner from VO5-white bottle with red lettering, they changed the name recently but it used to be called "sheer hairdressing". I rarely blow dry it or comb/brush it when its wet. Don't wash it with water that's too hot as this can be drying. A cool water rinse is best.

You don't need to eat anything special or use weird hair stuff...you'll end up making yourself sick and your hair may fall out lol. Taking good care of your health in general makes for nice hair...along with a healthy body.

put alot of coconut oil. It works because everyone in India put oil and our hair is long shiny and full of shine.take coconut oil and massage your head with it every night.

When it comes to having beautiful, full hair my best answer would be henna. Make sure you don't use lemon or lime juice in your recipe when you make the henna as they can cause your hair to break if it's already weak. Rain water is usually acidic enough to get a nice colour out of the henna as well and won't harm your hair further. Try using the henna as often as you can it should thicken your hair and keep it healthy. If you don't want the red of the henna you may want to look for "neutral" or "colourless" henna. It will do as nice a job for your hair but without the colour. With the neutral henna you just have to mix it with tap water, this should be used as often as possible. If there are any skin problems on your scalp the henna or neutral henna will both help fight it sure when you're washing out the oil you're using a henna shampoo

There are several inexpensive things you can do from home to try and thicken your hair. Wash your hair with castile soap. You can buy that at a health food store for not too much. Also, deep condition your hair at least once a week with for 30 閳?60 minutes with mayonnaise and eggs. It smells horrible, but your hair will be grateful. Hair is protein, so to thicken it, you hair needs to get more protein. You should eat more meats, fish, poultry, and beans and drink more water

However, like I said before, you will probably need more than just home remedies to thicken and grow your hair. I suggest you begin using all-natural hair care products. Find a hair growth product that contains powerful essential oils, natural herbs, and vitamin rich nutrients your hair needs to survive. Look for products with ingredients such as: Aloe Vera, Citrus Fruits, Jojoba, Rosemary, and Sage. Make sure you stray away from all natural products that use natural extracts. Extracts are not as powerful as essentials oils. They are a cheap substitute for the real thing. Although there are several natural hair care products on the market, not all hair growth products are created equal. Make sure you read the fine print. Most 閳ユ笜atural閳?products still contain phosphates, sodium lauryl sulfate, petroleum, mineral oil, and other lab created humectants that ultimately damage your hair. My advice---if you can閳ユ獩 read the ingredients, don閳ユ獩 buy the product. When I was searching for a natural hair growth product, I found one really great buy, Beauty 4 Ashes Super Hair Growth System. The system includes hair growth vitamins, hair growth shampoo and conditioner, hair growth oil, a great hair healthy eating plan, and even scalp stimulating hair growth exercise routines. Beauty 4 Ashes pretty much gives you everything you need to make your hair longer and thicker. The shampoo and conditioner is all-natural and contains hair growth essential oils, aloe, and hair thickening nutrients. You can find it easily at wwwdiscoverb4acom.
