dunno bout makin it thick i think your pretty much stuck with wat you've got but to make it APPEAR thicker why not brush it upside down try give it some body.

id say see a good hairdresser which can give you a cut that would make it look thicker,you cant actual make it thick,also theres loads of shampoos to make your hair look thicker and different styling products,good luck
