Thick frizzy wavy horrible hair.?

I naturally have think frizzy wavy manky wild hair, I usually straighten it but i can't be bothered anymore.

I have just bought a diffuser, does anyone know how i can get nice curls and waves with a diffuser and curl diffining products.

Any tips?

use a lotion like Paul Michell super sculpt apply product from root to tip then comb through very important....

if you don't comb it through you will get frizzy bits and smooth bits and you don't want that..

then on a slow speed and a high heat hold your hair in2 the diffuser and DONT SCRUNCH this will make your hair more frizzy than it has 2 be don't dry completely leave it a bit damp this also helps it not 2 become frizzy finish with serum...

Have you tried Friz ease products or amberto gianini Curl Friends range. They are both good and i alternate between the two. I have wild hair too!

Using the diffuser of hairdryer to dry, whilst running fingers through all the time!

(I do that occassionally when I fancy a change)

absolutely!!!! first uses a salon style moose anything else is garbage and will only work for about 10 minutes top.

brush your hair first,then add the moose smoothing it in from root to tip,and then what i do is i add a little bit more just to the ends of my hair and while I'm adding to the ends of my hair I'm scrunching my hair with my hands!

Then get your hair dryer with the diffuser on it and blow dry starting at the roots and just keep scrunching the whole time your drying.

even if your running late and can't blow dry this technique will even work if you air dry just scrunch!!!!!!

Get your hair cut atleast every four months, into layers, that will keep it healthy. Straighten your hair when it is wet. Diffuser: use it when ur hair is wet but not dripping, apply gel to individual curls.

I disagree about brushing your hair!!! If you have thick wavy hair, this is only going to make it frizz and could be the cause of the friziness after you diffuse. Walmart and KMart brands of hair products are garbage on difficult hair. I would recommend Cat Walk Curls Up styling gel, and either Paul Mitchell Smoothing Serum, or Biolage Smoothing Serum. Use the Serum after you *towel dry* your hair, and use a *pick* to comb it through (your fingers will work too). Then use a curling product to set the curls before you diffuse. Never comb or brush your hair after you diffuse. Use a pick or your fingers. Hope this helps:0)
