considering that i have thick black hair i should know. before my hair was always thin but garnier fructis styles has good voluming shampoo, i also brushed and cut my hair a lot so when you cut your hair like when you shave it grows back faster . you can also get your hair feathered which will make it look like it has tons of volume.
