I don't want to use the heat rollers and I have tried velcro and they sucked..so what do you suggest. What setting lotion or product should I use before I put in the rollers. You could sock-curl them. I used to do this when I was in school and had waist length hair. You wash your hair at night and when it is mostly dry, roll sections of your hair in socks. The best part is that your hair curls while you are sleeping! if you want a tight curl, small rollers, larger curls.. larger curlers.. etc etc etc, and put some sort of product in your hair to make the curls stay, try a silk panthenol, it will also keep the frizz down and make your hair shiny
